I worked with Billion dollars organizations and start-ups, at times, leading, large organizations with sizeable revenue, at times as individual contributor kicking off new business. I focus on positive customer experience and listen to market. I develop Go to Market strategy, improve Commercial Organization efficiency. I look at metrics, measure progress, improve planning and execution. In the last few years, I found it fulfilling to share my experience and help smaller organizations grow faster.
